When recruiting for the Roles we specialise in, we use our unique ‘FIT’ process. Rather than send CVs to clients with the minimum of consideration or effort, we not only assess Candidates’ skills on the phone, we get to know them. We can then make more accurate assessments to the benefit of Candidates and Clients alike.
‘FIT’
Finding suitable Candidates is only the start of our ‘FIT’ process. We Focus on Finding those whose job history and background indicate they would make a natural ‘FIT’ for our Clients’ vacancies. We are not head-hunters but use other methods to actively find good experienced Sales / Business Development people. We spend a huge amount of time on this to supplement our advertising and our own database.
Identifying what Clients and Candidates need for the recruitment to fit their standards is the basis for a good ‘FIT’. Our telephone Interview process is at the heart of the ‘FIT’ process and makes it unique. With these roles, the difference between poor results and great results is skill levels.
So the more accurately skills are assessed, the better the recruitment. Candidates need the right role and Clients need the best results.
So we only put forward those Candidates for whom the role is right and whose skills match requirements.
