Job Description for Business Development Executive:

Our client is a well established IT Services / Consultancy company. Due to internal promotion to a full sales role, they are looking to hire a Business Development Executive to uncover and qualify new business leads.

Candidates should be well motivated and career driven with a strong desire to become a specialist in their field. There are excellent career development opportunities within the organisation and the expectation is that you would progress to a full sales role within 18-24 months.

A degree education is preferred but not essential.

Candidates should have experience in their first or second lead generation role within a software solution, accounting / finance or a legal solution. The role is predominantly phone based but should include a multi-pronged approach in terms of mining on LI, joining appropriate LI groups, inviting to webinars etc.

Experience & Skills for this role:
* Candidates should be early in their business development lead generation career within a software solution, accounting / finance or a legal solution.
* Experienced in outbound new business calling but also use a multi-pronged approach
* Career driven – the expectation is to move to a full sales role within 18-24 months
* Ideally degree educated
