Job Description for New Business Development Manager:
 
Our client provides a commercial service to businesses in and around London. They are looking for an experienced New Business Development Manager to bring in new business. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle and the further growth of those sales.
 
You will be targeting business with an annual value of between £200K – £400K plus. Your main point of contact will be Facilities Managers and Procurement Managers.
 
The role is due to start after lockdown and will be office based when not out seeing potential clients. There could be future opportunity for some home working.
 
Experience & Skills for this role:
* B2B new business sales experience selling a service, ideally within construction, commercial cleaning or drainage.
* Candidates must have a stable job history
* Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
