Job Description for Business Development Manager:
 
Our client is a well established and growing, IT Distribution company. Due to expansion, they are looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager to focus on one of their Vendors within Information Management Solutions.
 
The role is responsible for selling the breadth of the Vendor’s Information Management software and services portfolio. You will be able to work closely with the Vendor and their internal teams, becoming an extension of their business.
 
The emphasis will be on finding and growing new business opportunities mainly within Oracle, SQL and AWS Partners.
 
The role can be working from home or from the Newbury office.
 
Experience & Skills for this role:
* Candidates should come from a new business, software solutions sales background and ideally have experience within an IT Vendor or IT Distribution.
* You should have a hunter mentality and be able to manage new business through the full sales cycle.
* Enjoy working for a customer focused organisation
* Excellent relationship builder
