Job Description for Business Development Specialist:
Our client is an established business who provide an essential and valuable service to the NHS. They are looking to hire a Business Development Specialist.
The role is an office based position to generate new business leads and appointments for the sales team within NHS trusts. There will also be the opportunity to continue to be involved in the process as the sale progresses. In addition, there will be some requirement to join some of the online client meetings along with the sales person.
There are good career prospects for those who are successful and who would like to progress.
Hours are 7:30 – 17:00 with a one hour lunch break (there could be some flexibility but these are the preferred hours)
Experience & Skills for this role:
* Candidates will need B2B experience securing well qualified sales appointments
* In addition, you should have experience of and enjoy nurturing long term relationships.
* Persistence in managing hard-to-reach contacts
* Candidates should be really driven and well motivated to succeed.
