Job Description for Business Development Manager:
Our client is a well established company who offer a valued service to businesses. They are looking for a passionate and results-oriented person to join their dynamic team! If you’re someone who thrives in driving new business, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional account management, we want to hear from you. The position is for a Business Development Manager / Account Manager and is a new and pivotal role to bring in new business and strengthen relationships by supporting existing accounts.
About the Business Development Manager:
This role is ideal for someone with a strong new business sales background, excellent communication skills and the ability to analyse and manage client interactions efficiently.
You will:
·Identify new business opportunities – including new markets and growth areas
·Establish and manage sales pipeline, ensure a steady stream of opportunities across potential and existing clients, in various stages of development
·Conduct client meetings via Teams, and face-to-face to secure new business and to manage and grow existing business
·Attend seminars, conferences, and events
·Provide each client with a first class service
·Understand client needs and respond effectively
·Play a key role in driving continuous improvements within the team and company

Experience & Skills for this role:
·A proven track record in new business sales with a passion for building relationships and driving results.
·Good at building solid business relationships and nurturing them
·Experience of managing a sales pipeline through to close
